Terms of Trade Promotion and Privacy Policy
PART 1: TERMS OF TRADE PROMOTION
1. INTRODUCTION / PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern the Trade Promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by Sysintegra Pty Ltd (“Sysintegra”) at the ServiceNow World Forum 2026. The Promotion is designed to engage attendees at the Sysintegra booth while supporting the Endeavour Foundation, a charity providing support for Australians with disabilities.
Participants are encouraged to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering.
2. PROMOTER
Sysintegra Pty Ltd (ABN: 56 154 717 725), a Platinum Sponsor of the ServiceNow World Forum 2026. For enquiries: hello@sysintegra.com | www.sysintegra.com.au .
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to attendees of the ServiceNow World Forum 2026 who meet all of the following criteria:
• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Are an eligible participant of the World Forum event as per ServiceNow’s terms, and present at the Sysintegra booth at ICC Sydney on 30 July 2026.
• Are attending the event as a customer or end-user organisation (i.e. not as a vendor, technology partner, sponsor or service provider).
• Are not an employee, contractor or representative of Sysintegra who is involved in conducting or administering this Promotion.
• Are not an employee of ServiceNow or of any technology vendor, implementation partner, managed service provider or reseller operating in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Entry is free. No purchase, payment or fee of any kind is required to participate.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD AND VENUE
• Date: Thursday, 30 July 2026
• Venue: Sysintegra Booth, ICC Sydney, New South Wales.
5. HOW TO ENTER
• Visit the Sysintegra booth at ICC Sydney on 30 July 2026.
• Register their contact details (name, email address and/or phone number) with a Sysintegra representative or by scanning the QR code displayed at the booth.
• Each eligible attendee is entitled to one (1) entry only..
6. PRIZE
The prize offered by Sysintegra in this Promotion is:
• $500 worth of Endeavour Foundation lottery tickets (Endeavour Lotteries, Lottery No. 468).
Important notes regarding the prize:
• Sysintegra is the promoter of this trade promotion draw only. The prize is the lottery tickets themselves, not any prize offered within the Endeavour Foundation lottery.
• The Endeavour Foundation Lottery (Lottery No. 468) is a separate, independently licensed lottery conducted by the Endeavour Foundation. The Lottery No. 468 Grand Prize (the $3.7M Maleny Prize Home) is Endeavour Foundation’s prize — not Sysintegra’s. Sysintegra makes no representation regarding outcomes of the Endeavour Foundation lottery draw, which is scheduled for 20 August 2026.
• Lottery No. 468 closes on 13 August 2026 at 9:59pm AEST. Prize tickets must be processed before this deadline for the winner to be entered into Lottery No. 468. Sysintegra will make every effort to contact the winner well in advance of this date.
• Participants should review the Endeavour Foundation’s lottery full terms and conditions at www.endeavourlotteries.com.au.
• The prize (lottery tickets) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods.
7. PRIZE DRAW
The winner will be selected by random draw at or shortly after the conclusion of the ServiceNow World Forum 2026 on 30 July 2026. The draw is a game of chance — skill plays no part in determining the outcome. The draw will be conducted by a Sysintegra representative or an individual selected by Sysintegra at its discretion.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified at the event on the day where possible, or via their registered email address or phone number within five (5) business days of the draw. Given that Lottery No. 468 closes on 13 August 2026 at 9:59pm AEST, Sysintegra will prioritise contacting the winner promptly following the draw to allow sufficient time for prize processing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within three (3) months of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited and Sysintegra reserves the right to conduct a new draw or dispose of the prize at its discretion.
Sysintegra will take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner.
9. PRIZE DELIVERY
The Endeavour Foundation lottery tickets (to the value of $500) will be arranged on behalf of the winner and either delivered at the event on the day, or sent electronically or by post within a reasonable timeframe following the event. Sysintegra will confirm the delivery method with the winner upon contact.
Lottery No. 468 Ticket Processing Deadline: Prize tickets must be processed before 13 August 2026 at 9:59pm AEST for the winner to participate in Lottery No. 468. If the prize cannot be processed before this deadline for any reason, the $500 worth of Endeavour Foundation lottery tickets will instead be applied to the next available Endeavour Lotteries draw, or an active Endeavour Lotteries draw of the winner’s choosing.
10. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
If the prize remains unclaimed for three (3) months from the draw date, it will be forfeited. No further claims will be entertained after this period. Sysintegra may, at its discretion, conduct a further draw or reallocate the prize.
Note: The three (3) month unclaimed prize window applies to the overall Promotion. The separate ticket processing deadline of 13 August 2026 at 9:59pm AEST (see Section 9) governs eligibility for Lottery No. 468 specifically and takes precedence for that purpose..
11. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Any disputes regarding the conduct of this Promotion or the claiming of a prize must be submitted in writing to Sysintegra within 30 days of the draw:
• Email: compliance@sysintegra.com
• Subject line: “Trade Promotion Dispute — ServiceNow World Forum 2026”.
Sysintegra will acknowledge all disputes within five (5) business days and respond within ten (10) business days. Sysintegra’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
12. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Personal information collected from participants (name, email address and/or phone number) will be used to administer this Promotion and contact the winner.
The winner’s details will be provided to Endeavour Foundation solely for the purpose of administering and issuing the prize. The winner will be contacted by Endeavour Foundation and required to establish a supporter profile and satisfy the eligibility requirements for Lottery 468 before the lottery tickets can be issued. The winner is under no obligation to purchase any future lottery tickets or receive ongoing marketing communications. If requested, the supporter profile can be configured so that the winner does not receive future marketing or promotional material from Endeavour Foundation.
We may also contact you about Sysintegra’s products, services or future events. You can opt out at any time by emailing compliance@sysintegra.com.

Sysintegra accepts no responsibility for the conduct or outcome of the Endeavour Foundation lottery draw.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Sysintegra reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Sysintegra reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to participants where practicable.
• Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated at the Sysintegra booth or via www.sysintegra.com.
• This Promotion is conducted in New South Wales and is governed by the laws of New South Wales. The Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 apply.
• As the total prize value offered by Sysintegra does not exceed $10,000, no NSW Trade Promotion Gaming Authority is required for this Promotion.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept Sysintegra’s decisions as final.
